Companions and Best Friends sit to watch the beauty of a sunset
About Valerie Pond
I have recently taken up the love of photographing the Aurora Borealis after living in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories for 40 years. All these years I've never actually taken the time to sit and admire the beauty that is the Aurora and in September 2011 they captured my heart. I am a die-hard Aurora Chaser now and am relentless is trying to capture their beauty. I have captured some beautiful images some of which have been featured on the Nightly News with Brian Williams and their affiliates, King 5 News in Seattle, Washington, CBC News in Canada, Global TV News and there were others. I hope you enjoy the beautiful images and come back often and there will be new images posted all winter long!
